Dear Penning's Family
We hereby like to offer you our sincere condolences with the sudden passing of your son, father, brother, grandfather and fiance, Herbert. May the Lord grant all of you His comfort and strength in your sorrow and bereavement. Psalms 23, 121, 139 and HBC Lords Day One. I remember Herb from young peoples in the early 1980's and when visiting my parents in St.Thomas.
