For many years Millie provided a safe and loving home to my son Richard during what was an exceptionally difficult time for our family and although Rich lost contact with her, he remembers her with fondness still. He wants her family and loved ones to know that he hurts for them because he knows what a wonderful person she was. He will miss her forever. As for myself, Millie's love and care during those years helped shape the young man he has become and I did not get the chance to thank her for what she did for him. If I could have I would have told her that the way she cared for Rich helped him to feel safe while he was not at home and for that I am eternally grateful. I wish all FP could be as exceptional as she was. The world is a brighter place because of you Millie.

I am thinking of you all. I have always appreciated your mom/Nonna's contribution to my life, and my boys' too, especially Riley. She was a nurturer, and it is so appreciated. Thank you Milly.

I had the privilege of working with Milly in her role as a foster parent with Family and Children's Services. She also was a large part of the Foster Parent Association for a number of years. She put so much of her time, energy and love into being a foster parent and I know she made a significant difference in the lives of several children and families. Her legacy will continue to live on in the special relationships she created. She was an amazing, compassionate woman who will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to her family.
