LINDSAY - Frederick William of St. Thomas passed away peacefully at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the age of 50. Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). Private interment will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery, 67 West Ave, St Thomas. If desired, donations to Psychiatric Survivors Network of Elgin (PSNE) or the Grace Cafe would be appreciated. Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
