Obituary of Linda Garrell

GARRELL - Linda May Yvonne (nee Fowler) of Port Stanley passed away peacefully at her home with her husband and son at her side on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Alan Garrell. Linda is survived by her children Jason, Amy, Holly, Isaac, Rachel, and Calvin; by her grandchildren Kiyla, Kamryn, Kayden, Bridgette, Leigh-Ann, Cait-Lynn, Aubrey, and Scott; by her siblings Cathy, Barb, Peggy, Cindy, Ann, Harry, Benny, Shirley, and Michael; and by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Verna Fowler and her parents-in-law Leslie and Sarah Ann Garrell. Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). Due to COVID-19 a private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm. A private interment will be held in North Buxton Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday. For those unable to attend the funeral service, a livestream will be made available on Linda’s tribute page on the funeral home website.
