Obituary of Catherine Bogart

BOGART- Catherine Irene (nee Carroll) of St. Thomas. Peacefully in her sleep, Catherine passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 in her 95th year. She is survived by her children Deanna Cole, Maxine (Bob) Lampman, Allan (Gayle) Bogart, and Gordon (Janette) Bogart. Dearly missed by sister-in-law Lila Carroll. Lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother William Carroll and son-in-law Ron Cole. Catherine was born October 14, 1926 to the late Mac and Nellie (Campbell) Carroll. She lived all her life in the area and belonged to numerous clubs and church groups. Catherine was an active member of Iona Christian Fellowship Church. She loved to play cards, sew, and was an exceptional quilter. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held on a later date. Interment of ashes in McArthur Cemetery.
