POST - Ottolina “Lina” H (nee Van Pelt)
April 18, 1933 – November 25, 2021
The Lord in his infinite wisdom and perfect timing has taken to Himself our dear mother, Oma and Great Oma at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, John Post on August 24, 2015. She leaves behind, her children, Herma, Lini (Gil), Eve (Paul), Bart (Peggy), Corky (Nancy) and Shirley. She was the beloved Oma to 14 grandchildren and their spouses and cherished Great Oma to 32 great grandchildren. She is survived by two sisters in the Netherlands, Bep Swank and Eva Naaktgeboren. Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). Visitation will be held at the Free Reformed Church, 145 St George Street, St Thomas on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 2:00 -4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, donations to COAH (Come Over and Help) Winter Help Program or to Fresh Start Maternity would be appreciated. Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
