Obituary of Paul Douglas Forbes

FORBES - Paul Douglas of St. Thomas passed away suddenly at home on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Jean Forbes (nee McArthur). Paul is survived by his loving children Colleen Forbes of Ridgetown, Lee Bolton of Chatham, Paula Forbes (Ken Groves) of Aylmer and Jason Forbes of London; by his cherished grandchildren Justina Forbes (Doug Knight) and their son Jayden Knight, Jeff Buller, and Corey Forbes; his many nieces, nephews, and siblings-in-laws; and by his brother Edward (Margaret) Forbes of Elliot Lake. Predeceased by his grandson Nathan Forbes and by several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
