MONTEITH – Sydney “Syd” Garfield of St Thomas passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at the age of 61. Beloved son of the late George and Doris Monteith. Syd is survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family. A funeral service will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 12:00 noon. Interment in South Park Cemetery. If desired, donations to an animal charity of one's choice would be appreciated. Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
