Obituary of Bonnysue Patricia Janes

JANES- Bonnysue (nee Steele) of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Friday, April 8, 2022 at the age of 63. Bonnysue is survived by her loving daughter Fauve (Jon) Ferguson and their daughter Piper, by her son Daniel Armstrong; and by her brothers James Steele, Joey Steele, and Aaron Steele. Predeceased by her mother Rita Wood. Bonnysue was proud to work as a foster parent. She also ran her own daycare and was a bus driver for Voyageur Transportation Services. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). A private interment of ashes will be held in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association Foundation would be appreciated.
