I worked for and with Joe for many years in the 80s at Country Corner. I have so many fond memories; bacon and perogy lunches, listening to Paul Harvey and "the rest of the story" and every shift ended with a beer at closing time. Truly one of the best employers I have had. Every shift was fun cause Joe made it that way.
