Obituary of Phyllis Rae Wachowiak
WACHOWIAK – Phyllis Rae passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the age of 72. She will be deeply missed by her children Christopher (Rachel Taylor) Wachowiak, and Jodi Wachowiak; by her grandchildren Nicolas Dewitte and Jasmin Lamont; by her brothers Donald (Barb) Vaughan and Fred (Michelle) Vaughan; and by her nephew Justin (Alaina) Vaughan. Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St Thomas (519-631-0570). Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
