Obituary of Janet Colleen Hatch

HATCH – Surrounded in peace and love, Janet Colleen passed away at London Health Sciences Centre-Victoria Campus on January 26, 2023 at the age of 63.  She will be deeply missed by her parents Neil and Joyce Hatch (nee Butler); siblings Nancie Mikula, Judy Gallant (Geoff Wood), Neil Hatch, and Shelley Hatch (Mario Gil); nieces Jennifer Fathers Lefebvre (Patrick), Bliss Gallant, Paulena Paton (Brittany) and nephew Vaskin Jakarsezian (Alyssa Marrocco); grand-nephews Jakson and Jordan Paton and by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, especially pen pal Kim and fondly remembered by her extended family at Phair House. 

Janet had a special connection to her community through her many outings and visits. 

We will hold dearly her gentle loving ways, her love of song and dance, her beautiful smile, her kindness, the sparkle in her eyes and her infectious giggle.

Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1:30 pm.
