We are so sad. He left us with memories as if we personally knew him. 2023 will not have U-tube Barry and we will be mourning a man we never met. Good bye U-tube Barry Barton. We will miss you. Randy and Candy Niemi from Tillamook, Oregon.

Barry's paternal grandmother and my grandfather were sister and brother. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Donald Callander remained while Margaret (Peggy) bravely emigrated to Ontario where she married Albert Barton.
I only learned today of Barry's passing. We never met but corresponded about our ancestry and he generously shared his knowledge and old family photographs. To his mother, wife, children and all loved ones my deepest sympathy, he left this world far too soon.

Nellie and family….I can’t find words to express our shock and sadness at Barry's passing…way too soon. We had so many great times with you all in Flamborough and even a few days in St.Thomas. What a wonderful kindhearted 'bear'.

Our deepest condolences to Nellie, Robbie and the family. We were saddened to hear the news of Barry's passing.
Barry & his family were well known and respected in the Carlisle, Freelton and Waterdown areas.
I had the absolute pleasure to Coach Robbie in Hockey, I have to say his parents both "Barry & Nellie" were some of the nicest people I ever dealt with.
A sincere and honorable gentlemen, Barry was always so positive and very supportive.
We missed you when you moved away and we will missed even more now.
Know that you touched others' lives in a positive and memorable way, hopefully we can all be so fortunate.

Well… Uncle Barry I must say this is one of your parties I just don’t want to attend! Today we will say our final GoodByes to a fantastic man!! He was the most gracious host, loving man and GENEROUS Bartender there was!! I’ll miss seeing your smiling face today but know that you a Doug are setting sail into this beautiful sunshine!! Wayne and I were so shocked to hear of Barry's sudden passing and we are sending our heart felt condolences for this great loss to you and your family. We moved to this wonderful neighborhood not so long ago and were welcomed by the both of you, making us feel so at home. We are blessed to have known Barry and we will always cherish his memory.
