Obituary of Elsie Laurine Wilkinson

WILKINSON - Elsie Laurine (nee Corkill) passed away peacefully on Friday, October 28th, 2016 at Chartwell Aylmer Long Term Care in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne “Strug” Wilkinson (1973). Loving children Laurine Moerman (Andrew) of Tillsonburg, late Carol Kniss, Bill Wilkinson (Mary Beth) of West Grey, Brian Wilkinson (late Barb) of Orillia, Sandra Fichter (Dietmar) of St. Thomas, Bruce Wilkinson (Wendy) of Valemount, BC, and late Lori Gould (Ricci) of Picton. Elsie leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 8 great great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Ada Rowe and Lillian VanHorne. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Tuesday, November 1st, 2016 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. The graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
