Obituary of Bill Bowen

BOWEN- William Michael “Bill” of Port Stanley passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the age of 69.  Bill is survived by his siblings Cherie Bowen (Greg MacEachern) of Port Stanley, Patrick Bowen of Windsor, and Teresa Bowen (Scot Davidson) of London; and by his nieces Marley Deane, Emily Deane, and Dakota Bowen.  Predeceased by his parents William and Helen Bowen.  Bill loved all things Port Stanley.  He was a fantastic water skier back in the day.  Bill could ski on anything.  He was an avid scuba diver and found one of the oldest wrecks in the Great Lakes, the New Brunswick.  Bill had a passion for cultivation and baking that he shared with his family and friends.  Bill loved his multitude of movies and books.  Cremation has taken place and a private interment of ashes will be held in Christ Church Cemetery, Port Stanley.  He will be dearly missed
