I'll always remember when Mr Danowski asked if he could practice his speech for Pam's wedding while we (bridal party) were waiting in the back room at the reception. He was so nervous, even with just a few of us around. When he finished he looked up with this big smile. He looked as proud as a dad could be. His words were so caring and sweet, you could tell they came straight from the heart. This special moment is one of my favourite memories from that day, which is weird because it was my best friend's wedding!

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your father, Paul. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.
Losing a father is one of life's most profound and challenging experiences, and my heart goes out to Laura, Pam and Mike.

Sincere condolences to the Danowski family and siblings on the passing of Paul. I Well remember Paul as very loved and engaging during past Christmas and family get togethers I was fortunate to be invited to at Betty and John's home.
Paul always had a gift for me at Christmas, and still treasure and use his creative personally hand carved walking sticks.

Paul and I started ACCURIDE around the same time working in the press shop. My first impression of Paul was he was always happy and had that small little chuckle laugh that I always enjoyed. He was a hard worker we continued to be friends and always had nice chats and exchanged life experiences, always having that little chuckle. I am feeling the loss of a friend today, as many others are doing today also. He was always kind and gentle and very much cared about his relationships with others. His passing was a shock and he will be missed by many friends and family.
I know he had his religion, and he was very proud of it and spoke about it. I know he's in good hands now.

Paul was such a good father to three amazing kids. He showed them a life of love and laughter. He was so proud of them all. He was well known for his sense of humor and dad jokes. His son, Michael, carries on this legacy. We were always so glad to be part of the fun activities they had. Will miss you Paul. He is in heaven now with God and looking down on us smiling.

Although I didn’t know Paul as well as I knew his siblings and his parents, I was always happy to see him at the family gatherings they often shared with me and to see his ready smile and the love he expressed to family and all who attended. I knew Paul for some time. Specifically, through a program he shared and imported great passion into.I will never understand how life has so many twists and turns and joys (fewer) and heartbreaking moments that we must somehow stand up under.
But, even when we can't see the bright side, Paul, so often did.
