Obituary of Malcolm Lake

LAKE - Malcolm of St. Thomas passed away at the St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital peacefully with his wife at his side on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the age of 67.  Beloved husband of Janice Lake (nee Ridout).  Malcolm is survived by his mother Sheila Lake (late Gerald) of Grimsby; brother Russell Lake of Hamilton; mother-in-law Di Ridout (late Carl); siblings-in-law Michael (Roberta) Ridout, David (Nancy) Ridout and Stephen (Karen) Ridout; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.  A celebration of life will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.  A private interment of ashes to be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations to St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital – ER Department would be greatly appreciated.  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
