Obituary of Jack Pedrosa

PEDROSA – Joaquim José Dias “Jack” of St Thomas passed away peacefully at the St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital with family at his side on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the age of 75.  Beloved husband of Midia “Lena” Oliveira.  Jack is survived by his children Gayle Greenway, Paula Pedrosa-Carpenter (Chris), Jenn Fowler (Nic) and Ana Paula Pedrosa (Douglas Borges); grandchildren Brittany, Tyler, Mackenzie, Maya, Braedon, Ashton, Kenzlee and Lunna; great grandchildren Briar and Georgia.  Predeceased by parents Joaquim and Amelia Pedrosa and step daughter Noadia Pedrosa.  Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  The funeral mass will be held at Holy Angels Parish, 502 Talbot Street, St Thomas on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.  Interment in Holy Angels Cemetery.  If desired, donations to LRCP - Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated.  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
