Obituary of Nelson Arthur Butler

BUTLER - Nelson Arthur of St. Thomas, Ont. passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Nancy Butler (nee Tolman). Nelson is survived by children Ben (Kellie) Butler of Boxall, Lois Butler of St. Catharines, Joe (Michelle) Butler of Fingal, Sarah (Brian) Holmes of St. Thomas; grandchildren Stephanie Butler, Keith (Jessica) Butler, Tyler White, Jess Szusz, Gavin and Harrison Holmes; three great grandchildren. Sadly missed by his sister Mary (John) Millership of London; mother-in-law Doris Tolman, brothers and sisters-in-law Jeff (Marilyn) Tolman, John (Nancy) Tolman, Elisabeth John. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Lenore Butler, and his father-in-law Lloyd Tolman. Nelson had been the owner/operator of Tri-Line Trucking, and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and restoring antique tractors. Family and friends will be received at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 7:00-9:00pm, and Wednesday, July 22 from 11:00-12:00pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 12:00pm. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations to the MS Society would be appreciated.
