Obituary of Patricia Green

GREEN - Patricia (nee Brown) of St. Thomas passed away peacefully on June 5, 2015 at the age of 62. Loving wife of Rhodes Green. Dear daughter of Leon Brown and Joan Giles. Cherished mother of Ken Ryan, Angela (Brent) McVittie, and Chad Collins; stepmother of Kevin Green, and Scott (Donna) Green. Loving sister of Linda (Gerlof) Katoen, Debbie (Larry) Sims, Shelley (Gary) Peters, Jennifer (Bob) Heine, and Mary (Murray) Hunt. Dear grandmother of Jeff, Megan, Scott, Rebecca, Hannah, Keenan, and Neveah. Great-grandmother of Hannah and Ryan. Patricia is survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her ex-husband Dana Collins, and her stepfather Jeff Giles. Patricia worked as a seamstress at St. Joseph’s in London. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Private scattering of ashes will take place at the Old St. Thomas Church Cemetery scattering garden. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Private Service Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
