Obituary of Donna Connolly

CONNOLLY - Donna Marie (nee Shelton) of Dutton, passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle, on April 1, 2015 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Mervin Connolly; loving mother to Laurie Danowski (Carm Augustyn) of Campbellville, Joseph Danowski of London, Rob Danowski (Lisa Paddon) of London, Nicole (Jeff) Allen of St. Thomas, Corinne Connolly of London; cherished grandmother of Jason Allen, Ava Allen, Alex Connolly; and lifelong friend of 67 years to Pat Wise. Donna had retired from Goodlife Fitness head office, and in her spare time enjoyed a good game of golf at her home club of Dutton Meadows. Donna was an honest and caring woman who dearly loved her family. She will be greatly missed. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). A Celebration of Donna’s Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Donnybrook Branch 513 in Dorchester on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Interment of ashes at a later date. If desired, donations to Cancer Research or an animal rescue of your choice would be appreciated. Reception A Celebration of Donna's Life will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm.
