Obituary of Dale DeCoutere

DECOUTERE - Dale Catherine of St. Thomas passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, at Victoria Hospital, on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the age of 62. Beloved sister of Nancy (Larry) Schoffro of Simcoe. Dale will be missed by nephew Gary (Holley Bush) Schoffro of Simcoe; niece Terri (Joe) Cordeiro of Tillsonburg; great nieces and great nephews Gavin, Paige, Alex, Randi, and Cameron. Predeceased by her twin brother Donald (1967). Dale worked as an RPN at the St. Thomas Psychiatric Hospital for more than 30 years. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00pm. There will be a second visitation held on Sunday, November 17th at Ferris Funeral Home 214 Norfolk Street South in Simcoe from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm, with Parish prayers taking place at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Cecilia’s Church 17 Lynn Park Ave., Port Dover on Monday, November 18 at 10:00am. Cremation to follow with interment in Port Dover Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
