Obituary of Marshall Hamilton Towers

Suddenly after a brief illness, Marshall Hamilton Towers passed away at his Calgary, Alberta residence, Sunday December 16th, 2012 in his 79th year, formerly of St. Thomas. Marshall was predeceased by his wife Vivian “Kaiser” Towers August 7th, 2010. Surviving are a devoted son, Marshall Clayton Towers (Sarah) and loving daughter, Mrs. Tammy “Towers” Bright (Kevin), proud grandfather of Zoie Towers and Ethan Bright of Calgary. Dear brother of Mary Virginia Towers, St. Thomas. Marshall will be greatly missed by friends and family knowing him over the years. Marshall was born in St. Thomas July 17th, 1934. Predeceased by his parents Marshall Charles Towers (1976) and Jeanne “Hamilton” Towers (2001). Funeral arrangements entrusted to the McInnis and Holloway Funeral Homes, Park Memorial Chapel, 5008 Elbow Drive, S.W. Calgary, Alberta. A private family Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 21st, 2012. A full celebration of Marshall’s life will be held in the spring of 2013 followed by interment of ashes in the Eden Brook Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, Calgary. A Tree in memory of Marshall Towers will be planted in the Fish Creek Provincial Park by the Funeral Home.
