Obituary of Tracey Yolkowskie-Flay

YOLKOWSKIE-FLAY- Tracey Francine of St. Thomas, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, October 5, 2012 at the age of 40. Tracey is survived by her loving husband and best friend Dan Flay; her wonderful and loving children Brittany, Jade and Mason; by her parents Jim and Lorraine Yolkowskie and her parents-in-law Sandy and David Flay all of St. Thomas; siblings Francine Yolkowskie of St. Thomas and Jamie (Julie) Yolkowskie of London; her brothers-in-law Chris (Sandra) Flay and Mike (Elly) Flay both of St. Thomas; her nieces and nephews Alex and Emilie Geer, Gracie Mae and Jimmy Yolkowskie, Nicholas Flay; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Tracey worked as a Dispatcher for the St. Thomas Fire Department. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The memorial service will be held at First United Church 7 Curtis Street, St. Thomas on Thursday at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes will take place on a later date. If desired, donations to Serenity House Hospice would be appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm.
