Obituary of Bruce Glover

Obituary GLOVER- Bruce Gladstone passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 82. Bruce leaves behind his loving wife Donna (nee Kilmer); his children Debbie (Mark) Traichevich and Steve (Pixie) Glover; his grandchildren Lindsay (Mack) Smith and their daughter Ev, Dean (Melissa) Traichevich, Tara (Kevin) Kane and their daughter Marley, Jennifer Glover (Dave Nahwegahbow) and their daughter Tala, and Megan (Mat) Woodburn all of St. Thomas; his siblings Clifford (late Shirley) Glover, Norman (late Florence) Glover, Jean (late Stanley) Grieg, Vera (Dan) McKillop; his siblings-in-law Sylvia Glover, Dorothy Smith, Audrey (Jim) Young, Marjorie McGill, and Mike (Betty Anne) Kilmer; and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Gordon and Robert Glover and his sister Marion Rice. Bruce spent his working career as a truck driver, working for a number of different companies in his early years, and retired from Auto Haulaway after 30 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent many happy times camping with his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 2:00-5:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
