Obituary of Wilma Jones

Obituary JONES - Wilma (nee Wabigwan) passed away peacefully at Oneida Long Term Care Home on June 21, 2018 at the age of 74. Survived by her son John (Tracey) Jones and their children John Liam and Ethan; by her siblings Peter Wabigwan, Walter (Myra) Obarzanek, Sharon (Steve) Ward; and by many nieces and nephews. Also survived and missed by eternal friend, Katherine (Kay) Proulx. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Mary Obarzanek, and her sons Myles, Timothy, and Leland; and by her brother Gerald Obarzanek. Wilma was a member of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Sunday June 24, 2018 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
