I’m very sorry for your loss. I worked with Yvette for many years and we enjoyed a few visits after we retired. One time she decided she was going back home and gave me her new winter coat, I never wore it and gave it back when she returned to St Thomas. We had a few chuckles about that when I’d see her in the grocery store wearing “our” coat. We had planned to get together when this crazy pandemic was over. I’m sorry we won’t have the opportunity to meet again

Sorry for your loss. Yvette lived across the street from my son and I for 10 years. She was always kind, friendly and a pleasure to know. She was a lovely person and will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family of Yvette. Worked with her at the Elgin General and we had a great rapport. She often did not show her emotions but I do remember she sent her belongings home on several occasions when she thought she did not like it in Canada. She did stay on and she was a vital member of the EGH family. Yvette RIP
